About Our Founder

Meet Catherine Cashin

Thanks for taking time to learn about me. I realize that even exploring health options can be overwhelming. I promise, I’ll do my best to keep it simple and offer full-on support.

A little bit about me….

I’m a wife, mother to twin girls, group fitness instructor, independent certified health coach and activewear clothing representative, who is growing in my faith every day.

I grew up in Dallas, TX, with three sisters. I struggled to find my purpose for most of my life. I became addicted to exercise as a way to hide my anxiety, try to gain “control” over my circumstances, and get attention from others.

That’s right, I said, “addiction.” I could not stop exercising and obsessing about what I ate. There were many times I thought it would be easier to be addicted to something like drugs or alcohol, something that could be avoided altogether, unlike food and exercise. Now, I am thankful for my struggle as it led me to where I am today.

In recovery, I have pursued a relationship with Christ as a means to find balance with physical activity.

There is a balance for sure, and I am constantly finding that - when exercise is healthy and when it’s not serving God, my family, or my body, mind and spirit. I have learned health management - how to eat properly and re-frame my view of exercise.

Now, I’m using the knowledge that I have gained to help others get healthy. Nutrition and movement can be simple, and the benefits are long-lasting and impact every aspect of our lives. From living longer to having more confidence to being able to do more, let’s be healthy. Together!

Speaking of together, I’ve found that the health journey is much easier when you do it with others. That’s why I’ve created a supportive community of women, ready to celebrate progress and pick each other up from stumbles.

I look forward to hearing your healthy journey and how I can help. Drop me a line or meet me in person at one of our Higher Calling Health events.

In good health, Catherine

Don’t be intimated by how I look. I didn’t get this way overnight. It is NOT easy, but it IS simple! And YOU. CAN. DO. IT!
