This 12-Week Online course will provide you with the tools to:
1) Step out of fear
2) Grow Confidence
3) Spend time and money wisely
4) Find the joy and appreciation of your body
5) Give you the skills to reach your health goals
Each group will receive:
1. Introductory virtual meet & greet to set expectations and meet those that you will be praying for and lifting up during the program. Will include all participants starting that week. (1-hour max) Slides will be available to all participants after call, regardless of their attendance.
2. Members-only web access to the program at the time of registration.
3. Invitation to closed Facebook Group that I will moderate. You are welcome to ask questions of the other members and myself. I will respond within 24 hours.
4. Weekly Webinars and Q&A (with pre-submitted questions) on related topics via Zoom. live and recordings available in FB group (1-hour max duration)
5. Monthly one-on-one check-ins via Zoom. Calls will be scheduled at 2-weeks out. 15 minutes in length.
6. Downloadable notes in the members website. Available when they have reached the week’s lessons.
7. Journaling and prayer (required by all members) - ongoing. Will ask for weekly prayer requests and to share answered prayers via FB group and in the weekly community calls.
