If you answered, “Yes!” to any (or all:) of the above, Higher Calling Health is for you.

Higher Calling Health is a comprehensive source for women who want to have healthy bodies. Higher Calling Health includes FUN fitness (think P.E. for adults:), an easy tool for meal-planning, and a supportive community of like-minded women, cheering one another on as we get healthy. together.

eat.

Food is a necessity, and there’s a delicate balance with how to nourish our bodies while not abusing it. What? Abusing food? Yes! Food can be addictive, comforting and an idol (something we put undue emphasis on).  But it’s not like a drug or alcohol that you can completely abstain from in order to survive. We have to eat to live.

Join me as we reframe how our feelings impact our food and vice versa. I’ve got you covered with healthy recipes, nutrition tips and programs that will help take the anxiety away from “What’s for dinner?”

move.

Exercise is really more for your mind than your body. The endorphins released after physical activity provide focus and mental clarity.

Want to put the fun in fitness? Stay active, either at home or together, through my simple, can-do-it-at-any-age movements.

fun!

We know that most things with friends are more fun than going it alone. Plus, there are benefits to having buddies. According to a study by PubMed, 95% of the people who attempted weight loss in a group setting succeeded.
